Song from AT&T's ad performed by artist who committed suicide

By now everyone has heard the beautiful song played during AT&T's commercial with the orange material. If not, here it is below:
I, along with quite a few others, decided to find out more about the song. Unfortunately, it led to a story of a talented young man, who took his own life 36 years ago.
His name was Nick Drake and he never quite achieved the fame he wanted. He was born in 1948 and grew up in England, where he achieved limited success. He suffered from depression throughout his life and at age 26 died from an overdose of amitriptyline. His death was ruled a suicide, but some relatives believe it was accidental.
Since his death, his music has gained in popularity. It has been used in numerous films such as: Serendipity, The Royal Tannenbaums, Garden State and more recently The Blind Side. His music can also be found in commercials by AT&T and Volkswagen.

I really hated using the fact that he committed suicide in the title, but that word tends to attract attention. I just think his music is too beautiful to go unnoticed, so I used a tactic I figured would bring more interest than if I had just titled it Nick Drake. See it worked, your reading it right now.
